Wireless Road to be closed for two days during 34th ASEAN Summit
Bangkok – One of the capital’s popular and most congested roads, Witthayu Road, commonly known in English as Wireless Road, which is located almost entirely in Lumphini Subdistrict of Pathum Wan District, is going to be closed for two days during the 34th ASEAN Summit.

The 34th ASEAN Summit is scheduled to take place on June 22-23 at The Athenée Hotel in Bangkok. This event will be attended by regional leaders of the 10 ASEAN member states such as Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma), Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Wireless Road will be closed from June 22 at 6 am to June 23 at 6 pm to secure and accommodate with ease the heads of the government/heads of state of each ASEAN member states.
