Vaccination for students vital for onsite learning in November
Education Minister Trinuch Thienthong announced yesterday (Sep 13) that onsite learning will resume on the second semester of the 2021 academic year scheduled on November 1st.
The ministry’s decision to allow students to physically return to school in November came from lessons learned from conducting online studies during the pandemic.
However, onsite learning depends on the vaccine rollout, said Ms Treenuch who added that Pfizer vaccine jabs will be offered next month to students aged 12-17.
