Three Filipino pickpockets arrested at BTS Siam
Three Filipinos (two women and a man) have been arrested for allegedly pickpocketing a Japanese tourist at the BTS Skytrain Chit Lom station.

Tourist Police Bureau Deputy commissioner Pol Maj Gen Surachet Hakpal, announced in a press conference at the Lumpini police station the arrested suspects ages 41, 42 and 44.
In a report from The Nation, A Hermes limited edition valued at Bt600,000, Bt14,500, US$825 and 15,920 Philippine pesos in cash and five bank cards were seized by the authorities.
The three Filipino pickpockets were alleged to have cut the shoulder bag off a Japanese tourist on July 17 and stole the wallet inside. Police checked security cameras and managed to arrest them at the BTS Siam on Tuesday.
