Summer in Thailand is coming, 43 degrees Celsius on the way
Are you starting to feel the scorching heat these past few days? Well, brace yourself because summer in Thailand will officially arrive this week.
The Thai Meteorological Department announced Monday that this week is the start of summer in Thailand; advising residents to prepare themselves and to stay safe and indoors due to the severe weather conditions.
Wanchai Sakudomchai, Director of Thai Meteorological Department, predicts that Thailand’s temperature will rise in the coming days, and it will get worse in late April. We are looking at around 42-43 degree Celsius temperature as reported by MThai.
Provinces in the upper parts of the country will have outbreaks of summer thunderstorms, gusty winds and hail in some areas today. The thunderstorms will hit Bangkok on Wednesday.
