Seven injured after a speeding pickup crashes into electric pole
SAMUT PRAKAN — A speeding pickup truck crashed into an electric post in Samut Prakan earlier today. The incident left seven people injured and eight cars damaged. According to a report, there were 14 other posts that were pulled down too.
Four severely injured women trapped in the smashed cars along with other three victims nearby were immediately rushed to Rattarin Hospital, The Nation reported.
People who saw what happened said a brown Toyota Vigo was passing at high speed. It lost control and hit the electric post, pulling down the other posts and blocking the flow of traffic.
Police have detained the driver for interrogation.
