Frankly Ron Boctot, 27, passed away at 11 am today. His best friend Billy told Pinoy Legacy that before Frankly died, he went to the bathroom where he coughed heavily.

“I heard Frankly’s heavy cough in the bathroom. When he came out he said, ‘help me. I can’t breathe.’ He then sat on the floor weakly,” Billy said.

“A few moments later, I saw blood coming out of Frankly’s nose, and then later out of his mouth,” Billy added.

Billy asked his friends for help to call an ambulance. But because the ambulance was taking so long to arrive, they decided to use the lift instead to bring Frankly to the first floor. When the ambulance arrived, workers gave Frankly oxygen and he was then taken to the emergency at Bangplee Hospital in Samut Prakan.

According to Billy, Frankly was no longer responding. Doctors gave him CPR because his heart already stopped beating for 20 minutes.

“The hospital informed me that if Frankly’s health worsens and he won’t respond, he won’t be able to make it, Billy told Pinoy Legacy.

Two hours later, Frankly passed away.

Frankly’s family has already been informed. They are asking Filipinos working in Thailand for financial help. To donate, please send any amount to:
