PHL Embassy releases list of deactivated overseas voters in Thailand
The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok released on Monday, February 3, a list of deactivated overseas voters in Thailand.
The Commission on Election (COMELEC), the Embassy said, deactivated the names of overseas voters in Thailand due to failure to vote in two consecutive national elections.
