PE Bangkok announces 2 more holidays for July

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok will be closed on the 27th and the 28th respectively in observance of two Thai holidays for the month of July.

According to an official advisory, the consular office will close on Monday, July 27 as a substitute holiday for the three-day ‘Songkran’ festival, a Thai New Year celebration originally observed in the month of April.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, July 28, the embassy will be closed to observe the birthday of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Vajirakalochaoyuhua.

However, for emergency cases, an officer on duty can be contacted at the following numbers: 089 926 5954.
