Only one new confirmed Covid-19 case in 24 hours
The number of new confirmed Covid-19 cases in the country today (May 5) was just one in the past 24 hours, with no deaths, according to Dr Taweesin Visanuyothin, spokesman of the government’s Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration.
The total number of confirmed cases presently stands at 2,988, with 2,747 having recovered and discharged, while 187 are under hospital treatment. The number of deaths remains at 54.
