What services are offered in One-Stop Service Centers for OFWs (OSSCO) and Where to find them?

In an effort to reduce the expenses and shorten the time of OFWs in processing their documents, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) established the OFW one-stop service centers last year.

At the beginning of this year, OSSCO has opened 5 more centers to cater the needs of the growing number OFWs all over the Philippines in addition to the 10  that started operating during its initial launching at the POEA main office in Mandaluyong City on August 15, 2016.

  1. Manna Mall, San Fernando City, La Union
  2. City Tourism Office, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan
  3. Baguio Convention Center, Baguio City
  4. Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
  5. OWWA Regional Office 4A, Calamba City
  6. Robinson’s Place, Puerto Princesa City
  7. Pacific Mall, Legaspi City
  8. SM City, Cebu City
  9. Robinson’s Place, Iloilo City
  10. Robinson’s Place, Bacolod City
  11. DOLE Regional Office No. 8, Tacloban City
  12. Goodwill Center, Zamboanga City
  13. OWWA Regional Office No. 10, Cagayan de Oro City
  14. Butuan City Hall Complex, Butuan City
  15. New City Hall, Koronadal City.

The government agencies at the OSSCO are as follows:

  1. Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
  2. Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)
  3. Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
  4. Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)
  5. Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
  6. Maritime lndustry Authority (MARINA)
  7. Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF)
  8. Philippine Health lnsurance Corporation (PhilHealth)
  9. Social Security System (SSS)
  10. Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
  11. Bureau of Immigration (BI)
  12. National Bureau lnvestigation(NBI)
  13. Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
  14. Tourism lnfrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA)
  15. Philippine National Police (PNP)
  16. Bureau of lnternal Revenue (BIR). (DOLE)

The OSSCO centers operate from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. from Mondays to Fridays.
