OFW Jazzer Cordero Abentong succumbs to illness
A week after he was rushed to Petchabun Hospital, Filipino teacher Jazzer Abentong succumbed to his illness which had left him in critical condition since Saturday night last week.

Jazzer had been admitted at Petchabun Hospital on Monday, 25 February after complaining of being weak. He was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit on 2 March where he became unconscious and was under life support.
Family friend Guylen Allibang confirmed to Pinoy Legacy that Jazzer passed away peacefully at around 12 noon .
“Yes, he is no more. His uncle who flew from the Philippines will be arriving in Petchabun tonight” she said.
Allibang thanked all the people who extended spiritual and financial help to Jazzer.
“Many thanks to people who prayed for Jazzer and to those over 200 people who sent financial help for his hospital expenses, Allibang said. “The family is asking for additional financial support for the repatriation of his remains,” Allibang added.
Update: Jazzer’s bank account has been terminated by the bank upon knowing that he already passed away. For financial donation, you can send any amount directly to Jazzer’s friend Peter John Pabatao.
