No more Thailand Pass, mask-wearing from July 1, says CCSA
Foreigners entering Thailand from July 1 will no longer be required to apply for a Thailand Pass, said the Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) on Friday.
Those who wish to enter Thailand don’t need to buy insurance. They only need to show proof of vaccination or the Covid-19 test result if asked.
Additionally, mask-wearing outdoor will no longer be mandatory except in crowded places.
Organizers of an event with 2,000 attendees or more are required to seek permission, while bars and pubs will be allowed to resume normal operating hours.
