‘Let Love Be The Bridge,’ Pope’s official music video for his Thailand visit
BANGKOK — Thai singers collaborated for the song “Let Love Be the Bridge,” the official music video for Pope Francis’ visit this November.
Artists such as first platinum female Thai singer Christina Aguilar; Issara Kitnitchi or popularly known as Tom of Room 39 who was also the 2017 “The Mask Singer” champion; Natticha Chantaravareelekha or Fond BNK48; Nicole Theriault; Paopetch “Pao” Jarernsuk; Sirapassara “Pam” Sintrakarnphol of Gaia girl group; Billy Ogan, etc., band together to star in the ‘Let Love Be The Bridge’ video which was released on Friday on Facebook and Youtube.
The music video showed singers praying and singing in Assumption Cathedral, with alternate scenes of Pope Francis’ catholic mission, as well as Father Joseph Prathan Tancharoen with a Catholic choir backing him up.
Chawalwit Yingyotsenee wrote the song and was produced by GMM Grammy studio. You can download the music, backing track, and score here.
Pope Francis will have a private audience with His Majesty the King, meet Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha, the Buddhist Patriarch, as well as hold two masses in the capital.
