Frost blankets Hmong village in Phitsanulok
Frost covered a Hmong village in Nakhon Thai district in Phitsanulok on Tuesday morning.
The Nation reported Tuesday that temperature in a Hmong village of Ban Mai Rong Kla in Tambon Nernperm, dropped to 3 degrees Celsius while the ground-level temperature was lower than one 1C, causing frost to cover grass and leaves.

Tourists visiting the village were pleased to see the frost blanketing the middle of the fields.
With a height of 1,400 metres above sea level, Ban Mai Rong Kla experiences chilly winters every year. The village was last covered with frost last year, December 19 to 21.
