Duterte supporters in Ubon Ratchatani hold street clean-up
Armed with brooms and pans, the Quickservants and tUBONg Pinoy officers waged war against the misplaced trash in Soi Chayangkul in Ubon Ratchatani.
In an effort to give back to the community, the Quickservants United for Duterte – Ubon Ratchani Chapter partnered with the tUBONg Pinoy (PINSAN) and held a Street Cleaning activity at Soi Chayangkul 42/2 in Ubon Ratchatani on Sunday, February 12, 2017.
Wearing their Quickservants T-shirts, the officers and members of the two Filipino organizations in Ubon Ratchatani, Thailand gladly gave the street of Ubon a new tidy look.
In a video shared by Mr. Tong Largado, the chapter president of Quickservants, the members are seen taking the task with happy faces while introducing themselves and their positions in the organization.
“May kasabihan po tayo na ang marumi ay dapat linisin para kaaya-ayang tingnan,” said Krizlyn Makiling, the Social Welfare Committee Chairperson of the Quickservants organization.
Mr. Largado stressed that the undertaking is a way to render another way of community service to the place that embraced many Filipino workers wholeheartedly.
In this endeavor, Quickservants and tUBONg Pinoy also coordinated with Hua Quaio School for their cleaning tools.
“We look forward to doing similar activities like this in the future,” Mr. Largado told Pinoy Legacy. “This will not only give our streets a new look, it will also elevate the image of the Filipino workers here in Ubon Ratchatani,” he claimed.
