Dial 1567: Gov’t opens complaints desk for Songkran Holidays

BANGKOK: In an effort to provide a round the clock service to Thai locals and tourists during the Songkran holidays, the Interior Ministry will launch the 24-hour help desk.

The help desk will receive complaints and will provide one-stop services starting Sunday night until April 17.

Thousands of locals and foreigners are expected to travel around the kingdom for the Songkran holidays which will officially kick off April 13 and will end April 17.

The public is advised to dial 1567 if help is needed during Songkran.
