Bangkok PE to hold consular outreach in Koh Samui
The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok will hold a consular outreach in Koh Samui, an announcement on its Facebook page said.
According to the post, the consular mission is on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 1 pm to 7 pm. It will be held in Prana Resort Samui.
Filipinos in Samui and its neighboring areas may avail of the following services – passport renewal, lost/damaged passport replacement, new passport and report of birth, claim renewed passport, report of marriage and report of death.
The embassy will also cater Red Ribbon needs for Employment Contract, DFA-Apostilled School Documents, DFA-Apostilled PSA Birth or Marriage Certificates, Special Power of Attorney, Affidavit of Support, and other Affidavit.
Meanwhile, the Embassy has specific instructions for each specified consulate service:
- PASSPORT RENEWAL (dalhin po ang kasalukuyang passport at photocopies ng data page, visas at work permit)
- LOST/DAMAGED PASSPORT REPLACEMENT (for lost or damaged passports, Thai Police Report with English translation required)
- NEW PASSPORT and REPORT OF BIRTH (Thai birth certificate authenticated by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs required)
- CLAIM RENEWED PASSPORT (Bring Receipt and Old Passport)
- REPORT OF MARRIAGE (Thai marriage certificate authenticated by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs required)
- REPORT OF DEATH (Thai death certificate authenticated by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs required)
